Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. In this vital role, you will drive the recruitment process forward by coordinating candidate sourcing, managing communication flows, and supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring journey. Duties
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to streamline candidate data and recruitment workflows
- Source candidates through social media management, HR sourcing techniques, cold calling, and research to generate a diverse talent pool
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interview panels
- Assist in employment law compliance, contracts management, and employee orientation processes to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain strong relationship management with internal teams, external agencies, and potential candidates to foster ongoing talent pipelines
- Support campus recruitment initiatives and lead generation activities to attract emerging talent for entry\-level roles
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources, with familiarity in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport quickly
- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, or ADP; experience with Workday or UltiPro is a plus
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like iCIMS, Taleo, or Lever for managing recruitment processes efficiently
- Understanding of employment \& labor law to ensure compliance during hiring procedures
- Ability to perform research and utilize social media platforms for talent sourcing and employer branding
