Job Summary:
The Revenue Seasonal Associate is a temporary role that provides seasonal support in the day\-to\-day operations in a shared services model for managing constituent information, a critical part of driving forward the Society vision to leverage constituent information to inspire powerful lifetime relationships in the MS movement.
The Revenue Seasonal Associate is responsible for capturing constituent and donor information across multiple systems and tools while supporting accounts receivable operations, including cash receipt coding and deposit batch uploads.
The role of Associate is crucial to the Society during our peak seasons and influences the effectiveness of processes to reduce turnaround times and improve donor experience and the Revenue team’s relationship with all departments within the Society.Location Requirements* Remote\- Flexible Location
- Work is primarily performed remotely, however, when possible and necessary, teams meet in person to conduct the business of the organization and build team relationships.
- Complete donation and registration entries for events using defined practices for managing event\-related constituent information
- Record contributions accurately, including restricted contributions per donor intent, allocate to appropriate revenue categories as outlined according to the Society’s Foundation Data Model (FDM) and Revenue Team cheat sheet.
- Review batch reports, ensuring accuracy of entry in constituent systems, Creating Workday Entries and balancing to Workday deposit records.
- Research and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Update basic contact information and profile information
- At minimum a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of data entry experience
- Hands\-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
- Customer service skills and high\-level confidentiality
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Be able to work independently and as a part of a team
Compensation:
The estimated hiring compensation range for this role is $23 \- $26 per hour. Final offers will be based on the candidate's geographic location, consider career experience and may vary from this range due to these and other factors.
Temporary Seasonal and Short\-term employees are eligible for Spring Health, Sick time, Bereavement, and Jury Duty leave. Temporary, Short\-term employees, if scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more, are also eligible for the following additional MS Society benefits: Medical, Flexible Spending and Health Savings, and Commuter benefits.
