Carter Care Therapy is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team! Your proactive approach will primarily support employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration while helping our Agency cultivate a thriving workplace culture. Duties

  • Facilitate Orientation and ongoing training \& development initiatives to ensure continuous growth.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment through effective communication skills.
  • Co\-faciliate benefits administration processes including information sessions, enrollment, changes, and compliance with FMLA, workers' compensation, and OSHA regulations.
  • Support performance management activities by assisting with employee evaluations, goal setting, and succession planning aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate HR data entry while ensuring data collection integrity for workforce management reports.
  • Assist in project management tasks related to organizational design, change management initiatives, and HR sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and offboarding duties while ensuring a positive and smooth transition.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or comparable field of study (preferred); Associates degree plus ample HR administrative experience considered.
  • 3\+ years of proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments.
  • Strong knowledge of CA employment \& labor law, OSHA standards, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements in healthcare settings.
  • Passion for supporting practices, Providers, and services within the mental health industry.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems for data entry and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively.
  • Experience in benefits administration, payroll systems such as ADP or Paylocity, and workforce management solutions like UltiPro or Kronos is highly desirable.
  • Organizational skills with a focus on strategic planning, organization design, and employee engagement.
  • Pay: $23\.00 \- $27\.00 per hour
