Position Overview:

As an Entry\-Level Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring that our office runs smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about starting their career in a supportive and growth\-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly manner.
  • Perform routine office tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence and reports.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or some college coursework preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Prior office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
