Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Intake Coordination: Handle the intake process for new patients, including gathering necessary documentation, verifying insurance, and scheduling initial assessments.
* Receptionist Duties: Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and provide information about our services in a friendly and professional manner.
* Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, maintaining patient records, preparing reports, and updating databases.
* Errands \& Office Assistance: Run errands as needed, including picking up supplies, delivering paperwork, or assisting with other tasks to support the office.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure all patient needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
* Medical Knowledge: Some healthcare or medical knowledge is preferred. Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes is a plus.
* Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, administrative role, or intake coordinator position is a plus.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact with patients, family members, and team members.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment.
* Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in data entry and processing patient information.
* Proficient in Office Software: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
