We are seeking a highly capable and polished Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a key support role that works closely with our account management team, CEO, and clients to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional client experience.The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, highly organized, and confident working independently. This individual must be comfortable managing both incoming and outgoing client communication, thinking critically with minimal direction, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in every interaction.This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, client\-focused environment and naturally delivers a warm, polished, and service\-driven experience.Key Responsibilities
\\\Prior experience working with sensitive financial information or within financial services, credit, banking, or legal environments is a plus\\\
- Manage a dynamic daily task list, including pulling and reviewing credit reports, tracking client activity, and maintaining organized workflows
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and text, delivering a white\-glove, high\-touch service experience
- Confidently handle client inquiries, gather sensitive financial information, and ensure clients feel supported, informed, and valued
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination across internal teams
- Maintain accurate records through consistent data entry and CRM management (Salesforce or similar systems)
- Prepare, draft, and review documents, reports, and client communication
- Proactively identify needs, solve problems, and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with team members to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and all client deliverables are executed with excellence
- Tech‑savvy with comfort navigating multiple systems, portals, and digital tools daily
- De‑escalate concerns professionally and coordinate solutions with internal team members
- Natural follow‑through, able to close loops and ensure client and team issues are fully resolved
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a warm, polished, and professional presence especially over the phone \& email
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients
- High level of confidence when interacting with clients, including the ability to guide conversations and manage sensitive topics
- Exceptional organizational and time\-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently with little direction
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) or the ability to learn quickly and take ownership of the learning process

Requirements
* 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, client service, or support role within a professional environment
