Duties

  • Manage billing processes using QuickBooks and other accounting software to generate accurate invoices and track payments efficiently
  • Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and clients using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, proofreading, and document organization to maintain accurate records and streamline office workflows
  • Handle phone etiquette professionally while addressing inquiries related to billing, appointments, or general office matters
  • Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, filing systems, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
  • Assist with bookkeeping duties including expense tracking, invoice processing, and financial record keeping
  • Experience

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Prior experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi\-line phone systems confidently
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, and filing tasks
  • Personal assistant or office management experience that showcases multitasking abilities and time management skills
