Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
- Operate multi\-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls accurately
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documents
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff and executives
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies
- Coordinate office management tasks including organizing meetings, managing office supplies inventory, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed
- Previous office experience or administrative support role preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse teams and clients
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing, data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
