Green River Asset Building Coalition, Inc. (GRABC) is hiring a part\-time Program Coordinator to support client follow\-up, program coordination, and outcome tracking.

Please note: this is a temporary position aligned with post\-tax season activities. This is a locally based, flexible role.

About Us

GRABC has provided free, IRS\-certified tax preparation to low\- and moderate\-income households for over 20 years. Each year, thousands of families rely on these services to access tax credits and refunds that help address immediate financial needs. Our organization is fueled by dedicated volunteers who undergo IRS\-certified training to best serve their community.

About the Role

This role plays an important part in supporting increased client engagement and structured efforts to better understand financial and other barriers impacting households, while helping organize program data used to measure community impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client follow\-up via multiple methods, including phone and email
  • Support structured surveys and conversations designed to identify financial and other barriers
  • Assist in documenting client needs and program participation
  • Enter and maintain accurate program data
  • Support organization of information used for program tracking and outcome reporting
  • Assist in coordinating client needs and follow\-up in a structured, program\-based format
  • Support overall program coordination as needed
  • Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of administrative, customer service, data entry, or program support experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Must be 18\+ and able to pass a background check
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform light lifting
  • Job Types: Part\-time, Temporary

    Pay: $15\.00 per hour
