We are seeking a highly organized and customer\-focused Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support executive leadership, primarily the CEO, while also contributing to daily branch operations. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. What You’ll Do
Administrative \& Executive Support
- Provide day\-to\-day administrative assistance to executive leadership and management team
- Coordinate and manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, events, and appointments
- Organize board meetings, internal team meetings, and virtual sessions
- Arrange travel and logistics when needed
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents
- Manage a multi\-line phone system, including call routing and message handling
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
- Direct customers and loan clients to the appropriate team members
- Support general office and branch operations as needed
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (3–5 years preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively
- Experience in a professional office or banking environment is a plus
