We're looking for a new Brand \& Business Development Assistant!

Are you a creative, self\-driven, smart, and loyal professional ready to grow directly alongside a dynamic founder and visionary brand?

Bath Flip and Roof Flip — New England’s fastest\-growing home services brands — is looking for a Brand \& Business Development Assistant to help expand our Flippin' Live Social Media presence, and partnerships across multiple markets. This is not a desk job—it’s a front\-row seat to the action. Most days you’ll travel across New England, helping drive business growth, creating social media content, visiting customers, expand brand awareness, and support multiple ventures, non\-profits, and community initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • This is primarily an
  • “in the field” role, creating authentic stories, visiting customers for branding, and new business opportunities across New England.

  • You will be experienced collecting video footage at locations, editing footage and uploading to our Flippin' Live social media platforms daily.
  • Must be comfortable with people and creating a fun, upbeat environment.
  • * Experience with producing local onsite content and having a strong initiative to make things happen.

  • Some evenings and weekends required.
  • Must be adaptable, detail\-driven, and thrive when things move fast.
  • What You’ll Do

    * Sales \& Growth → Learn B2B sales directly from the Founder, assist with client development, and grow our online Flippin' Live awareness.

    * Brand \& PR \& Visibility → Manage Flippin' Live social media, create video stories, coordinate events, and develop collaborations that grow visibility. Must have experience with social media platforms and creating stories to post. Find creative ways to position Bath Flip for exposure — including community events, collaborations, and media opportunities.

    * On\-The\-Go Collaboration → Spend part of your week on the road with the Founder or solo visiting sites, customers, and setting up local locations for our Flippin' Live segments — and other days working independently to follow up, create, and execute ideas. This position covers New England and will require reliable transportation to meet at sites.

    * Creative Content → Execute weekly content and production plans for social media, podcasts, and Flippin' Live's consistency. Support marketing efforts with basic design, content creation, social media management, and storytelling initiatives.

    * On/Off Camera Comfort → You will be the primary director behind the scenes, writing the scripts and recording the action, but also doing on camera solo/combined segments on the Flippin' Live segments.

    * Events \& Networking → Plan and run networking events, ribbon cuttings, luncheons, and community programs that keep Bath Flip in the spotlight.

    * Mentorship \& Learning → Learn directly from the Founder — understanding his approach, style, and methods for building a high\-growth, people\-driven brands.

    * Business Support → Help prepare presentations, manage scheduling, coordinate vendors, and act as a professional point of contact for founders.

    * Personal \& Executive Support → Anticipate the Founder’s needs, manage calendars and logistics, run errands, and provide lifestyle support when needed.

    * Influence \& Storytelling → Write, produce, and publish video, podcast, weekly segments, and brand storytelling content for Flippin' Live.

    * Reputation \& Presence → Ensure the Founder’s personal and business brand stays polished, professional, and impactful at all times.
