32 hours per week
Initial hours of assignment:
* Monday: 8:30am – 3\.15pm
* Tuesday: 9:00am – 3:15pm
* Wednesday: 9:00am – 3:15pm
* Thursday: 9:00am – 3:15pm
* Friday: 9:00am – 3:30pm
Dates of assignment: 6/22/26 – 8/11/26
Typical Work Activities:
- Support onsite coordination and supervision of both summer WOW and Little WOW programs.
- Set\-up and take down of remote WOW office,
- Set\-up of weekly set\-up of WOW and Little WOW classes.
- Consistently monitor class status and communicate confirmations, cancelations to instructors, students and school buildings.
- Handle registrations, transfers and cancelations for students.
- Coordinate with all buildings in the district to schedule class locations.
- Arrange for class equipment necessary for classes.
- Must have excellent customer service skills both on the phone and in\-person.
- Must be outgoing and comfortable with interpersonal communications.
- Responsible for payroll submission, reimbursement claim forms and expense reports for summer instructors Organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with staff and business people;
- Must have excellent phone etiquette skills;
- Must have excellent organizational skills;
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point is required;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
- Ability to greet public in a pleasant and professional manner;
- Is familiar with and contributes to the successful implementation of the District's Mission and Belief statements;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite to accomplish a variety of clerical tasks;
- Regular attendance is a must.
Qualifications:
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma including or supplemented by a course in typing.
NOTE: Office clerical experience, including typing, may be substituted for the high school requirement on a year for year basis.
NOTE: Verifiable part\-time and/or volunteer experience will be pro\-rated toward meeting full\-time experience requirements.
Special Requirements: Working knowledge of office terminology procedures, and equipment; working knowledge of business arithmetic and English; ability to type from clear copy or rough draft at a reasonable rate of speed; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; ability to write legibly; clerical aptitude; mental alertness; neatness, tact and courtesy; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
Reports to: Work is performed under the direct supervision of a higher ranking employee, who gives detailed instructions for new assignments and practices.
