Position Description: Summary:The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant acts as the first point of contact for an organization, managing the front desk and welcoming visitors while providing essential clerical support. Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and performing data entry to ensure efficient daily operations. Essential Functions \& Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greeting clients and maintaining a tidy work area.
- Administrative Support: Sorting mail, scheduling appointments, booking conference rooms, and data entry.
- Office Coordination: Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and liaising with vendors.
- Documentation: Creating, scanning, and filing documents, memos, and reports.
- Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar administrative role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
- Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
