We are a property management company that has 150\+ non\-residential units consisting of storage, hobby, workshops, commercial, light industrial, retail, and parking. We are family\-owned and operated. We strive to provide our tenants with a high\-quality rental experience.
Position Profile: The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support\-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast\-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, is crucial to this role.
Requirements:

- Act as the first point of contact for prospective tenants by answering phone calls
- Conduct on\-site tours
- Perform and review background checks (criminal and credit) for new applicants
- Draft \& execute leases
- Manage the resolution of tenant needs
- Deposit checks at the bank approximately 8 times per month (this will be paid time)
- Perform miscellaneous data entry

Professional Expectations:
Primary Responsibilities:
Position Type: This is a full\-time position; however, once the applicant masters the position, there will be some flexibility. The average workday is summarized below:
Months 1\-6:
· In\-Office: 9am\-5pm: Post marketing ads online, answer phone calls, return any missed calls or voicemails from the previous day, host tours of the property with prospective tenants, conduct background checks, execute leases, check the mail, write checks to vendors, pay bills, collect rent, etc.
· Remote: None.
After the first 6 months or once you’ve mastered the position:
· In\-Office: Approximately 3 hours each day to conduct tours, perform background checks, draft \& execute leases, collect rental payments from tenants, get organized, etc. In\-Office hours will be higher during the first week of every month for processing rental payments.
· Remote: Be readily available to answer the phone and respond to texts and emails. When prospective tenants call and want to tour one of our units, applicant will be required to return to the property to conduct an on\-site tour. The demand varies. Applicant may conduct 5\-6 on\-site tours in a single day or no on\-site tours in a single day. On average, there is approximately 1 on\-site tour per day.
Compensation: Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Pay frequency is once per month.
Benefits: This position does not include employer\-sponsored health insurance or a 401(k). Paid Time Off is available after completion of an introductory period.
Work Location: One location – central Pinellas County off Starkey \& Ulmerton. Ideal candidate will live close to this location
Other: No cologne or perfume allowed. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the office or anywhere on the property. Employees must report to work free of smoke or vape odor.
Pay: $20\.00 \- $26\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40\.0 per week
