Professional Data Services (PDS) is a growing administrative compliance firm supporting residential habilitation providers and related programs. We specialize in:

  • We are entering a structured growth phase and are hiring a Compliance Account Manager who wants to grow with a company that values precision, integrity, accountability, and strategic thinking.

    Position Overview

    The Compliance Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned client portfolios to ensure documentation accuracy, licensing coordination, reporting completion, and strict deadline adherence.

    This is not a general administrative or virtual assistant role.

    This is a deadline\-driven, compliance\-focused position requiring independent thinking, ownership of client accounts, and measurable accountability tied to documentation accuracy and regulatory timelines.

    You will transition from structured training to independent portfolio management within approximately 90 days.

    Key Responsibilities

    Account \& Compliance Management

  • Manage multiple residential provider client accounts
  • Track and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual documentation cycles
  • Review and prepare compliance\-related reports
  • Ensure IPPs, Annual Summaries, medical logs, and documentation schedules are accurate and audit\-ready
  • Enter attendance logs into iConnect accurately and timely
  • Identify compliance gaps before they escalate into regulatory issues
  • Maintain organized electronic records using Dropbox and Adobe Acrobat
  • Licensing \& Regulatory Support

  • Track licensing renewal timelines and regulatory deadlines
  • Coordinate required documentation for licensing reviews
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding licensing requirements
  • Support audit preparation and corrective action documentation when necessary
  • Communication \& Reporting

  • Communicate professionally and confidently with client providers regarding documentation requirements
  • Draft written summaries and compliance updates
  • Conduct regulatory research as needed
  • Maintain structured internal tracking systems
  • Who This Role Is For

    Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance coordination, regulatory administration, licensing support, healthcare operations, or similar structured environments
  • Experience managing recurring documentation cycles and deadline\-driven reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated experience working within structured data entry or compliance systems
  • Strong written communication skills (formal report drafting required)
  • Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in compliance, regulatory administration, or healthcare operations.

    Relevant experience will be weighted more heavily than degree alone.

    Work Environment

  • This role is primarily remote; however, it requires periodic in\-person availability for meetings with clients and the manager as needed.
  • Flexible daily schedule (must meet deadlines and maintain client availability expectations)

  • Compensation

  • $24/hour during structured training period
  • $28/hour after successful transition to independent account management
  • Opportunity for quarterly performance\-based bonuses
  • Full\-time W\-2 position
  • Compliance \& Screening Requirements

    Because PDS supports regulated residential service providers and works with sensitive documentation:

    Candidates selected for this position will be required to:

  • Successfully pass a Level 2 background screening
  • Complete HIPAA training (provided or verified) prior to accessing protected information
  • Screening will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment is extended.

    Candidates who are unable to pass Level 2 screening will not be eligible for this position.
