- Review and prepare compliance\-related reports
- Ensure IPPs, Annual Summaries, medical logs, and documentation schedules are accurate and audit\-ready
- Enter attendance logs into iConnect accurately and timely
- Identify compliance gaps before they escalate into regulatory issues
- Maintain organized electronic records using Dropbox and Adobe Acrobat
- Track licensing renewal timelines and regulatory deadlines
- Coordinate required documentation for licensing reviews
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding licensing requirements
- Support audit preparation and corrective action documentation when necessary
- Communicate professionally and confidently with client providers regarding documentation requirements
- Draft written summaries and compliance updates
- Conduct regulatory research as needed
- Maintain structured internal tracking systems

- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance coordination, regulatory administration, licensing support, healthcare operations, or similar structured environments
- Experience managing recurring documentation cycles and deadline\-driven reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Demonstrated experience working within structured data entry or compliance systems
- Strong written communication skills (formal report drafting required)
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
- This role is primarily remote; however, it requires periodic in\-person availability for meetings with clients and the manager as needed.

We are entering a structured growth phase and are hiring a Compliance Account Manager who wants to grow with a company that values precision, integrity, accountability, and strategic thinking.
Position Overview
The Compliance Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned client portfolios to ensure documentation accuracy, licensing coordination, reporting completion, and strict deadline adherence.
This is not a general administrative or virtual assistant role.
This is a deadline\-driven, compliance\-focused position requiring independent thinking, ownership of client accounts, and measurable accountability tied to documentation accuracy and regulatory timelines.
You will transition from structured training to independent portfolio management within approximately 90 days.

Required Qualifications
