Responsibilities
- Serve as the front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and managing multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and bookkeeping using tools like QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for project timelines, meetings, and appointments using Google Workspace and other digital tools.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, ensuring clear communication and positive experiences.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient.
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects related to demolition and aggregate operations.
- Support office management tasks including time management, personal assistant duties, and maintaining office procedures to optimize workflow.
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for document creation, data entry, and communication.
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi\-line phone systems in a professional setting.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to support diverse client interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; typing speed and accuracy are essential.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative support within construction or demolition industries is advantageous but not required.
