General Summary: Provides administrative support to the Sales Team for inbound and outbound logistical operations.

Requirements: 2\+ years of experience being the point person for customer service and coordinating orders; 2 \+ years of experience with international and domestic logistics; worked in a fast\-paced environment; high proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Exhibits excellent customer service especially working with international clientele.
· Supports import and export operations, including shipment logistics, and documentation
· Receives and processes orders; coordinates orders with Production Supervisor to ensure a timely execution of each shipment.
· Supports the documentation processes required to import and export merchandise and materials in compliance with federal, state, local, or country\-specific regulations. Namely creating Invoices, Packing Slips, Bills of Lading Certificates of Origin \& USDA documentation.
· Conducts audits to verify physical shipment accuracy using bills of lading, invoices, and other documents for proper dispatch.
· Coordinates and communicates professionally with international \& domestic customers, agents, vendors, and shippers via email, text and phone to maintain process flows and resolve issues.
· Utilizes internal systems to record and track all shipping transactions; updates shipping status and notifies customers of any back order or delivery delays.
· Troubleshoots shipping delays or changes with carriers and communicates to customers.
· Secures accurate freight quotes and communicates to customers.
· Investigates and resolves shipping non\-conformance.
· Maintains customer information electronically and physically, and other data related to each transaction.

Working Conditions: Full\-Time position. Regular business hours at Company headquarters in Ogden, Utah. General office environment. Positive, collaborative work environment with supportive management team and colleagues.
Physical Demands: Requires standing, sitting and walking, use of hands to finger, reaching with hands and arms. Ability to repeatedly lift 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Education: Must be high school graduate with some post\-high school education. College degree a plus.
General Office Aptitudes: Excellent High level of proficiency with computers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software with an emphasis in Word and Excel. Aptitude to fully support management direction.
