Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to support daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth communication across our team, and delivering the high level of service our clients expect.

We are looking for candidates interested in working approximately 10–20 hours per week. Shifts are typically structured to provide consistency while maintaining flexibility; weekday shifts are generally around 6 hours, while weekend shifts may be longer depending on scheduled in\-office sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet students, parents, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office
  • Communicate important updates to staff and tutors
  • Assist with planning and coordinating office events
  • Proctor Zoom\-based exams
  • Draft and send emails, forms, and internal communications
  • Receive, organize, and distribute packages and deliveries
  • Maintain and update client records and databases with accuracy
  • Follow detailed processes and complete assigned administrative tasks
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support
  • Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Zoom and basic virtual tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment
  • Professional, reliable, and customer\-service oriented
  • Pay: From $15\.00 per hour
