The Team You Will Join

- Provide non\-academic support to students and families, helping address barriers such as time management, technology challenges, and study skills.
- Monitor student engagement, attendance, and academic progress using data and reports.
- Proactively reach out to students and families who are disengaged or falling behind to develop re\-engagement plans.
- Collaborate with counselors, teachers, and attendance teams to support student success and course completion.
- Conduct student orientations and one\-on\-one coaching sessions to support success in a virtual environment.
- Assist with course placement, transcript review, and ensuring students are on track for graduation.
- Maintain accurate records, track outreach efforts, and support reporting needs for leadership.
- Assist with state testing.

- Experience in a clerical, administrative, student support, or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to guide outreach and student support strategies.
- Strong problem\-solving skills and a proactive, solution\-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and composure in sensitive situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams in a remote environment.
- Experience working in education, virtual learning, or student services.
- Experience with data reporting or student information systems.
- Experience supporting diverse student populations in a fast\-paced environment.
- A current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

You’ll be part of the Student Success team, working closely with school counselors, attendance teams, instructional staff, and families. This team is responsible for supporting student engagement, removing non\-academic barriers, and ensuring students stay on track toward academic success and graduation. The team culture is collaborative, fast\-paced, and student\-centered, with a strong focus on proactive outreach, data\-driven decision\-making, and meaningful support for students and families.
