Purpose
Responsible for managing critical aspects of our delivery operations. Set priorities and meet individual deadlines while accomplishing team objectives. Resolve client and vendor issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
Making an Impact
Worker Tracking:
- Work with clients to add/setup new suppliers.
- Work with clients to solve integration problems.
- Liasian with legal to confirm backgrounds/obtain clearance.
- Review contracts, validate terms of the agreement
- Coaching, training and guiding suppliers on TAPFIN process and procedures
- Receive and review invoices, researching and coordinating any discrepancies identified from ROC/BI reports with client, supplier, and Program team.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
- Escalate invoice issues to the appropriate team members for resolution and follow\-up.
- Coordinate and manage surveys required by clients and suppliers, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of responses.
- Work closely with the client services team to gather feedback and insights for client surveys.
- Prepare survey reports and summaries for use in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and supplier reviews.
- Efficiently manage the program’s mailbox, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
- Prioritize and categorize incoming emails for appropriate action by relevant team members.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client and supplier inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Work directly with vendors and clients on implementations and problems.
- Research invoice issues to resolution.
- Gather feedback and insights for client surveys.
- Prepare survey reports and summaries.

- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent experience
- Experience: 2\+ years of in operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with survey coordination and data analysis is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
- Operations Management, or related field
