Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) — Outpatient \& Telehealth (Colorado Springs) \| $60–$100/hr

Honestly, we provide the usual stuff that psychotherapy sites do, supervision, flexible schedule, collaboration, a lot of support, etc.

Ideal candidates are client‑centered, organized, skilled in intake/assessment, and committed to serving diverse, underserved populations.

It's a plus if you are interested in working with addiction, but it is not a requirement.

  • Independent contractor (start PT with option to increase).
  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and individual therapy (in‑person \& telehealth).
  • Coordinate care from referral to follow‑up; maintain HIPAA‑compliant documentation.
  • Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings.
  • We’re looking for

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
  • Active Colorado LPCC preferred. License‑eligible clinicians (master’s/doctoral graduates) are welcome — supervision available to meet licensure requirements.
  • Comfortable working with diverse, high‑needs clients; interest/experience with addiction treatment a plus.
  • Strong communication, reliability, and commitment to ethical practice.
