About the Role

Cupshe is seeking a paid HR and Admin intern for Spring 2026 to support the Cupshe LA team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR and administrative tasks, supporting full HR functions in Los Angeles. Being able to speak Chinese is a must.

This is a 6\-month paid internship position, the working schedule is every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 4 to 8 hours a day, minimum 20 hours a week.

This position is required to work in the office at least 2 days a week and work remotely for the rest of the days.

Responsibilities

HR Support

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employee documentation is completed and maintained.
  • Participate in organizing and supporting employee training programs and activities, such as new hire orientation and team\-building events.
  • Assist in drafting and organizing HR\-related documents, including policy handbooks, company guidelines, and promotional materials.
  • Manage day\-to\-day HR operations, such as attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
  • Administrative Support

  • Oversee the procurement, management, and distribution of office supplies.
  • Help organize and coordinate company meetings and events (e.g., team lunches, employee birthday celebrations, and holiday gifts).
  • Assist with expense report submissions, document filing, report preparation, and data entry.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks and respond to department ad hoc requests.
  • Qualifications

  • Recent graduate student, preferably majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration.
  • Ability to commit to a 20\-hour workweek for the duration of the 6\-month internship.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Detail\-oriented, patient, and capable of effective time management and execution.
  • Previous internship experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Chinese is a must.
  • Cupshe is operating the recruitments on behalf of “Sparky Worldwide Inc“, the entity to conclude employment agreement with you.

    Pay: $18\.00 per hour
