About This Role: A Loan Administrator is responsible for managing inbound and outbound lead communication, initiating and setting up new loan file folders, and supporting the loan process from initial contact through loan processing and documentation. This role serves as a critical bridge between marketing, clients, and internal operations by ensuring timely follow\-up, helping to get loans into our system, accurate loan setup, and complete file preparation for underwriting and funding. You will play an essential role in managing the early stages of our private lending process.
The position requires strong communication skills, sales ability, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of all operational functions to provide flexible support across the loan lifecycle.
NOTE: This is an unlicensed position, 40\-hours a week and an in\-office position. This is not a remote position.
Pay Rate: Hourly hire at $26 \- $29 an hour depending on experience.

Key responsibilities may include:
* Lead management and follow\-up:
- Contacting new leads generated from marketing efforts, responding promptly to inquiries, and proactively following up with leads who have received loan quotes or responses but have not yet engaged, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Reaching out to warm and inactive leads via phone, email, and text to re\-engage interest, answer questions, and move potential borrowers or brokers forward in the loan process.
- Creating and logging new loan files into the company’s system with accuracy, ensuring all initial data, borrower information, and deal structure details are properly recorded and organized.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for borrowers and referring brokers to collect all required documentation, including financials, property information, and supporting items needed for loan qualification and private investor underwriting.
- Maintaining working knowledge of all operations functions to assist where needed, including preparing initial disclosures, final loan documents, and investor packages to ensure continuity and efficiency within the team.
- Providing clear, consistent communication to borrowers and brokers regarding required items, next steps, and loan status updates throughout the process.
- Strong communication and follow\-up skills, both written and verbal
- Knowns and understands “Sales”
- Proactive and persistent mindset with the ability to convert and nurture leads
- Detail\-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and file management
- Organizational skills to manage multiple files and follow\-ups simultaneously
- Working knowledge of loan processing, documentation, and lending workflows
- Ability to adapt and support multiple operational functions as needed
- Proficiency with CRM systems, loan origination software, and standard office tools

Required skills:
Language Requirements: Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English is essential. The ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely is critical for ensuring success in this position.
Hours: This position is full\-time, 40\-hour week in the office, Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. There is a paid 30 min lunch break and an additional work break mid\-morning \& midafternoon.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer for data entry and communication. Also the ability to carry up to 10 lbs as they will be required to move around loan files and items in the office.
