We’re looking for a part\-time, in\-person Marketing Assistant to help elevate our social media using cutting\-edge tech (with direct training from the creators ). You’ll also support a couple of client care programs to help us deliver a top\-notch experience every month.
What you’ll do:
- Send monthly birthday \& home anniversary cards
- Update client report systems
- Create weekly video, graphic, and blog content across 6 platforms
- Administrative tasks including data entry, client document preparation, and record keeping
- Provide cross\-departmental support to ensure seamless operation
- Use AI tools to streamline content and tasks
- Help create a connected, positive team culture and client experience
- Self\-starter with strong attention to detail
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn
- Social media savvy \+ basic video editing skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar
- Strong written \& verbal communication
- Work alongside a top\-producing team
