Do you have a flair for marketing, a way with words, or an eye for scroll\-stopping social content? If so, we’d love to meet you!

We’re looking for a part\-time, in\-person Marketing Assistant to help elevate our social media using cutting\-edge tech (with direct training from the creators ). You’ll also support a couple of client care programs to help us deliver a top\-notch experience every month.

What you’ll do:

  • Send monthly birthday \& home anniversary cards
  • Update client report systems
  • Create weekly video, graphic, and blog content across 6 platforms
  • Administrative tasks including data entry, client document preparation, and record keeping
  • Provide cross\-departmental support to ensure seamless operation
  • Use AI tools to streamline content and tasks
  • Help create a connected, positive team culture and client experience
  • What you bring:

  • Social media savvy \+ basic video editing skills
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar
  • Strong written \& verbal communication
