Overview

Greenwood and Mount Olivet Chapels are seeking a proactive and organized Weekend Clerical Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative support during weekend hours. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment, ensuring efficient front desk management, accurate data entry, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail\-oriented, and possess strong office management skills to help us deliver outstanding support to our clients and team members. Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Duties

  • Manage the front desk by greeting and directing visitors with a professional etiquette
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Provide lunch and break relief for coworkers
  • Support office management activities such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing files for easy retrieval
  • Perform general clerical tasks including typing correspondence, data entry, and maintaining organized filing systems
  • Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems and providing customer service
  • Previous office experience or clerical experience
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during weekend shifts
