About Us

Majestic Adventures LLC is a Bellingham\-based organization with 10 years of experience running Live Action Role Play day camps, where the kids become the heroes of a dynamic and exciting adventure. We're seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support our day camp operations at Woodland Park. The camp season runs from June 19th \- August 28th. Training for this position would take place in early June.

Job Description

The Seattle Administrative Assistant is a part\-time, seasonal position that supports the logistics of Majestic Adventures summer camps in Woodland Park. This position will fulfill the duties related to data entry, paperwork management, client check\-in, and sales.

Duties

  • Data Entry and Paperwork Management
  • Scan paperwork after camp concludes on final day of program (usually Friday)
  • Upload paperwork scans to proper folder(s) in work drive
  • Digitally update paperwork and client information using in\-house data management software.
  • Communicate consistently with Bellingham Data Entry Admin
  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure proper storage and transportation of physical records
  • On Site Check\-In \& Sales Support
  • Direct children \& their families to their weekly camp counselor on first day of program
  • Set up/take down and run sales table Tuesday through Friday (weather permitting)
  • Maintain sales organization and deliver pre\-ordered items to families at camp
  • Track sales and assist with accurately balancing/reporting cash box for every sales day
  • Communicate consistently with Bellingham Sales Admin
  • *Pay Rate \- $21 /hr*

  • Motivated and organized
  • Detail\-oriented
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Enjoys routine/repetitive tasks
  • Can work in a fast\-paced environment
  • Good and clear communication skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information regarding minors
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Mail, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
  • Also Helpful

  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • Data entry experience
  • Familiar with roleplaying game (LARP, Tabletop, or Online) rules and mechanics

Workload and Schedule

Seasonal position Monday through Friday from mid\-June through end of August. Weekly hours of up to 10 hours on\-site (Check\-In \& Sales), 10\-15 hours for data entry depending on the week. Some paperwork must be updated same\-day on Fridays after being scanned. Check\-In \& Sales Support begins at 8:30am, going until 10am at Woodland Park. Data Entry hours are flexible, so long as deadlines are met.

Further Notes

All staff must have a social security number for being an employee, and all will have a background check done on them. We require all staff to be mandatory reporters of child abuse (if you suspect abuse in the home environment or elsewhere, you are required to report on it).

Pay: $21\.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Seattle, WA 98105
