Job Description

We are an award\-winning full\-service Design\-Build firm located in Manhattan specializing in luxury renovations of co\-ops, condos, and townhomes throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. We are seeking a candidate for a project coordination/design assistant role to join our growing team in a high functioning and fun company environment. Job Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)

  • Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients
  • Serve as a liaison between our internal team, clients, building management, vendors, sub\-contractors, etc.
  • Coordinate project approvals (both DOB \& building management/condo boards)
  • Purchase requests
  • Scheduling
  • Data Entry/Document Control
  • Answering phones (reception)
  • Take meeting minutes both in the office and on the job site
  • Provide support for the design team:
  • Gather samples
  • Coordinate \& attend meetings
  • Product research
  • 2D drawings \& elevations in AutoCAD
  • Additional assistance as requested
  • Desired Experience/Knowledge

  • 2\+ years working for a design/build firm or other construction related firm
  • 2\+ years Office Admin experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Background in interior design
  • Prior experience in property management with a focus on co\-op and condo buildings in NYC is not mandatory but a huge plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable customer service
  • Proficiency in the G\-Suite \& Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to self motivate are key
  • Detail oriented and ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
  • Independent problem solver
  • Operate with a natural emphasis on being a team player
