Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative/Sales Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Answer multi\-line phone systems, and direct calls with professional phone etiquette.
  • Manage virtual front desk operations, including handling incoming inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  • Support sales activities by preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer records digitally.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
  • Coordinate calendar management and schedule meetings or events using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Update, monitor and respond to Social Media postings and emails for the company.
  • Close collaboration with the CEO and marketing staff.
  • Light travel locally.
  • Experience

  • Prior office experience in administrative or clerical roles is highly preferred.
  • Superior communication skills \- both verbal and written \- along with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic data entry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Social Media management through postings, monitoring and responses with potential clients.
