### Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant / Lead Setter to support daily office operations and drive lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail\-oriented, and comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls.

This position requires a high level of outbound calling (including cold calling), so candidates must be comfortable speaking with potential customers and handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

### Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Make
  • outbound calls, including cold calling, to generate and follow up on leads

  • Set and confirm appointments for in\-home estimates
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM or tracking systems
  • Assist with general administrative tasks (filing, emails, data entry)
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment flow
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
  • ### Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration required
  • Experience with
  • outbound calling, cold calling, or lead generation strongly preferred

  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable handling objections and hearing “no”
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Reliable, punctual, and self\-motivated
