- Demonstrated success in outbound cold and warm calling
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision\-makers
- Excellent communication skills in English\- both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing prospects and pipelines
- Comfortable with Google Workspace
- Make 100–150 outbound calls per day to cold and warm prospects using our world\-class CRM to manage call and text communications efficiently
- Build rapport, confirm quality, and set appointments with qualified candidates
- Log notes, manage pipelines, and track metrics daily
- Develop and maintain a relationship portfolio of warm prospects over time
- Participate in daily team meetings and trainings
- Competitive Salary: $52– 72K paid biweekly
- On\-Target Earnings: $18 – 42K paid biweekly

Talent Origination Partner
Serve as the first point of contact between our clients — some of the nation’s top mortgage and real\-estate leaders — and the talent they want to meet.
Your job is to create meaningful conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments that advance careers and companies.
This position combines the professionalism of an executive assistant with the drive and consistency of a seasoned business development rep.
You will drive new business opportunities through outbound cold and warm calling, leveraging your negotiation and communication skills.
