We're seeking a unique, passionate, and authentic therapist or psychologist to join our vibrant Nashville West team! If you thrive in a fun, creative, flexible, and compassionate culture and share our mission to provide high\-quality mental health care in Middle Tennessee, we’d love to meet you.
We’re especially interested in professionals experienced in EMDR or Brainspotting who can offer trauma\-informed care. Ideal candidates are engaging, team\-oriented, and excited to help clients heal and grow.
Who You Are:
Fully licensed in Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
*
Experienced working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
*
Skilled in trauma, substance use, or school\-based therapy preferred
*
Familiar with documentation, insurance billing, and community resources
*
Credentialed or able to be credentialed with insurance panels
*
What You’ll Do:
Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans
*
Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
*
Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team and engage in regular consultation
*
Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals
*
Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers
*
Attend clinical meetings and ongoing training
*
Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 clients/week (for full\-time)
