Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and transcribing meetings or notes.
- Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely completion.
- Handle office management duties such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and maintaining organized records.
- Facilitate event planning activities for team meetings, corporate events, or client engagements from logistics to follow\-up.
- Manage multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Oversee front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing phone calls with customer service excellence, and handling office supplies inventory.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role with strong office management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and familiarity with DocuSign for document signing workflows.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong typing skills along with experience in transcription and proofreading to ensure accuracy in all communications.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks combined with data entry and clerical experience.
- Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
