As a Customer Service Representative, you are the front line of the Minus33 customer experience, supporting customers through phone, email, and chat.
This role focuses on building strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and operational awareness. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to grow within a customer experience or operations\-focused role.
Key Responsibilities Customer Communication
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely support
- Identify customer needs and ensure positive, lasting experiences
- Learn and communicate product knowledge across outdoor use cases:
- Hiking
- Skiing
- Hunting
- Camping
- Assist customers in selecting the right products
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Maintain accurate records in order and customer systems
- Ensure data accuracy across systems
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, effective solutions
- Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Escalate more complex situations when needed
- Support projects during slower periods to improve efficiency or sales
- Maintain organized and accurate customer and order data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Ability to handle phone interactions with professionalism
- Computer skills
- Customer service or retail experience
- Familiarity with order systems, spreadsheets, or basic accounting tools
- Interest in outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, fishing, or camping
