### About the Role
We're looking for a detail\-driven and compliance\-focused Corporate Financial Aid Officer (Financial Aid Specialist) to support financial aid operations across our campuses. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring students receive accurate, timely aid while maintaining strict adherence to federal and institutional regulations.

### What You'll Do
- Package and process student financial aid (Title IV and non\-Title IV), including verification, eligibility review, and disbursement approvals
- Reconcile student\-level disbursement data with federal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain timely and accurate processing across all financial aid functions
- Support program reviews and audits, including preparing documentation and responses
- Stay current on regulatory guidance from the U.S. Department of Education and ensure adherence to all applicable standards
- Uphold the Financial Aid Code of Conduct and maintain compliance with federal, state, and accrediting bodies
- Provide regular updates to leadership, identify issues, and proactively drive resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams while managing individual responsibilities effectively
- High school diploma or GED required
- College coursework in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred (or equivalent financial aid experience)
- Experience processing financial aid, including familiarity with financial aid systems and web\-based modules
- Strong understanding of compliance in a regulated environment (education or similar industry preferred)
- Highly detail\-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with a service\-oriented mindset
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Self\-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint); CampusNexus experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
