### Rexburg Medical Center\-RN/LPN\-(FT)
The Clinic Nurse is a vital member of the healthcare team, responsible for providing high\-quality, patient\-centered care in an outpatient setting. The role involves accurate triage and assessments, assisting with in office procedures, administering medications and treatments, coordinating follow\-up care and referrals, and providing strong patient education. The Clinic Nurse actively supports preventive health efforts and chronic disease management, working collaboratively with providers, medical assistants, and ancillary staff to ensure evidence\-based, efficient, and compassionate care. Success in this role requires excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast\-paced environment.
Schedule: Full Time
- 4 days per week; Rotating Saturdays
- A minimum of one year of RN/LPN experience preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school.
- Current unencumbered Idaho or Compact State RN or LPN License.

Required Skills:
Competence in electronic medical record communication and documentation.
Proficient with patient triaging, assessment and documentation
Skilled in medication administration and vaccine delivery
Ability to perform and assist with clinical procedures
Knowledge of infection control, universal precautions and sterilization of instruments
Understanding of chronic disease management and preventative care strategies
Clear and effective verbal and written communication with patients, families and the healthcare team.
