- Assist the planning, compliance, operations, trading, and research team as needed
- Prepare necessary reports are prepared for internal and client meetings
- Update and document files and communications in CRM
- Research and resolve any questions regarding REDW Wealth team and client requests
- Request and review necessary and appropriate documents for establishing new client account(s)
- Communicate progress on client matters and follow up with requests for additional documentation when necessary
- Review reports for performance, accuracy, gains and losses, rebalancing requirements
- Assist REDW Wealth team with tax and financial planners with analysis, trading, compliance, and operational tasks
- Perform and document compliance testing
- Assist REDW Wealth team on projects related to marketing, scanning, filing, review of required documents, and process improvements
- Participate in Investment Committee and prepare reports for meetings
