Part time, flexible office assistant for a construction company. Requires in office presence, it is not a remote position.
The company is looking for a detail oriented and motivated office assistant to assist with daily filing, accounting, documentation, organization to assist with the daily office duties.
Responsibilities;
Filing, opening mail, organizing both physical and digital files, business license permit applications, daily data entry for vendor payables, auditing vendor statements to entries in QuickBooks. Auditing Construction platform software for jobs to QuickBooks and excel files.
Skills and qualifications
Detailed, good with organization of files, good customer service via email communications and phone as required, Gmail communications, excel, word and QuickBooks. Also, the ability to work on other Construction software platforms as necessary. Filing and organization a must. Data entry and auditing.
Part time \- flexible. To start as learning it'd be evening and weekend hours. The goal to learn the organization and requirements to be able to work independently part time hours during the days each week. Possibility to move into a full time position. Salary negotiable
