This position will provide direct administrative support to the Regional Director, Assistant Regional Director, and regional staff. This position is open to internal and external applicants. Demonstrate consistent punctuality, reliability, and professionalism in all duties and interactions. Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information. Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, reimbursements, and documentation required for official business. Prepare briefing materials, meeting packets, and follow\-up notes to support informed decision\-making. Collect, verify, and compile data submitted by facilities, ensuring accuracy before forwarding to leadership. Prepare spreadsheets, summaries, and routine reports with attention to detail and error\-free formatting. Maintain confidential personnel, operational, and compliance records in accordance with agency policy. Support the tracking of regional performance metrics, incident reports, audits, and compliance documentation. Maintain a positive, service\-oriented attitude that supports teamwork and a respectful office environment. Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and efficient workflow for the Regional Office. Maintain an orderly workspace and filing system that supports quick retrieval of documents and accurate recordkeeping. Prioritize tasks effectively to support multiple leaders and complete deadlines across the region.
