Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
- Perform general clerical duties including typing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining filing systems to keep the office running smoothly
- Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking ability preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Knowledge of multi\-line phone systems, and customer service best practices
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
