Office Assistant
Duties:
\- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
\- Maintain office supplies and inventory
\- Assist with data entry and record keeping using QuickBooks
\- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
\- Assist with event planning and coordination
\- Provide clerical support to the office staff
\- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
\- File and organize paperwork
Qualifications:
\- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
\- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
\- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
\- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a bonus
