ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a high\-level operational leadership role.
You will be responsible for building, organizing, and executing the systems that drive the company forward. This includes managing curriculum infrastructure, overseeing outreach pipelines, supporting revenue growth, and acting as a primary operator behind the business.
You will also serve as a key point of contact for school partners, including leading discovery calls, presenting the program, and guiding schools through onboarding.
This role requires someone who can take ownership, think strategically, execute at a high level, and operate across multiple areas of the business.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONS \+ SYSTEMS INFRASTRUCTURE
\
- Build and manage large\-scale Google Drive systems containing hundreds to thousands of files
- Create structured naming conventions, file hierarchies, and scalable organizational systems
- Maintain curriculum, video, teacher, and student resources in a clean and usable format
- Ensure all systems are optimized for growth and team use
- Build and maintain advanced Google Sheets tracking systems
- Manage outreach pipelines, follow\-ups, proposals, contracts, and renewals
- Track all school relationships and maintain accurate data
- Operate within CRM systems to manage contacts, pipelines, and automation
- Identify and research high\-value school districts and networks
- Lead outreach through email, follow\-up, and relationship building
- Communicate with administrators, principals, and decision\-makers
- Move leads through pipeline to closed contracts
- Lead discovery calls with interested schools and administrators
- Present the program clearly and professionally (including use of slide decks, promo videos, and webinars)
- Answer questions and guide schools through the decision\-making process
- Support onboarding and transition into active implementation
- Research, plan, and attend education conferences, trade shows, and industry events
- Represent the company in person as a primary sales and brand representative
- Confidently present, demonstrate, and explain the curriculum and platform to potential clients
- Engage with school leaders, administrators, and decision\-makers face\-to\-face
- Capture leads, build relationships, and drive conversions from live events
- Manage full event preparation including booth setup, materials, presentations, and follow\-up systems
- Travel as needed (all event\-related expenses covered)
- Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategy targeting educators and school leaders
- Build and manage email drip campaigns and outreach sequences
- Create and manage funnel flows from lead capture to booked discovery calls
- Plan and execute content calendars (weekly and monthly) aligned with company growth
- Own messaging, positioning, and consistency across all channels
- Create and/or oversee creation of promotional content including webinars, presentations, and short\-form video
- Use Canva and similar tools to design professional visual assets
- Perform or oversee basic editing of marketing and promotional content

- Manage daily, weekly, and long\-term tasks using project management tools
- Track deliverables, timelines, and priorities across multiple areas of the business

- Supports curriculum organization and dance\-specific content
- Remote position with structured daily and weekly workflow expectations
- Expected to be actively working during agreed\-upon business hours
- Regular check\-ins, calls, and working sessions will be required
- Must be available for team calls, collaboration, and live working sessions
- Must be highly responsive, organized, and accountable
- 5–7\+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business execution
- Proven ability to build and manage complex systems and workflows
- Advanced experience with Google Drive and Google Sheets
- Experience managing large volumes of information with precision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading client\-facing conversations, presentations, or sales calls
- Experience handling outreach, follow\-up, and relationship management
- Ability to operate independently and take initiative
- Experience in education or working with school systems
- Curriculum development experience (NCAS alignment a plus)
- Dance background or familiarity with dance programs
- Experience with CRM platforms, automation systems, and pipelines
- Experience with email marketing, drip campaigns, and LinkedIn strategy
- Experience creating webinars, presentations, or promotional content
- Familiarity with Canva and video editing tools
- Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM/LMS platforms
