Duties

  • Greet visitors at the front desk with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and assisted right away
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up\-to\-date records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office tools
  • Organize and file documents systematically while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and simple entries in QuickBooks
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members and executives
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to client inquiries quickly and courteously
  • Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and a professional tone
  • Experience

  • Proven office experience with a solid background in clerical and administrative support roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
  • Hands\-on experience with multi\-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette in a busy environment
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, particularly in a medical or dental setting, is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain high accuracy in data entry and proofreading
  • Pay: $24\.00 \- $28\.00 per hour
