We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Full Bookkeeping \& Admin Support professional to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage full\-cycle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Handle front desk duties by greeting visitors, managing multi\-line phone systems, and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and paper documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Support office management activities such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist with customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive interactions and support.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, proofing documents, and managing office supplies inventory.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi\-line phone systems.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Office management experience combined with clerical expertise in data entry, filing, and proofreading.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) for seamless collaboration.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy in bookkeeping and administrative functions.
