The Warehouse Case Management Assistant is responsible for performing investigations and following up on warehouse cases involving customer order issues. The position also involves performing administrative duties to assist with certain operations of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Views videos of employees processing orders ensuring SOP was performed during the picking, shipping or receiving process to determine if an error was made.
- Collects, reviews, inputs, and edits data into a case management system that processes customer orders in the company’s warehouse.
- Audits various functions of the product output of the warehouse for customer orders such as receiving, picking, and shipping.
- Enters certain data into to NetSuite and WMS (Wave Trak) or other related tasks.
- Requests inventory counts of products stored at the company’s warehouse as needed.
- Provides basic support for customer service issues by documenting, tracking/monitoring, and responding to clients via email, phone, or other methods in a timely fashion.
- Provides support to the General Manager by processing administrative work, including processing product returns virtually/entry of RA’s/ emailing customers, Sales team, and Warehouse team.
- Performs daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records, and other similar duties.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a role where data entry was the main responsibility.
- Ability to operate a computer and appropriate application programs, including being proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multi\-task.
- Detailed\-oriented.
- Knowledge of English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
- Ability to maintain clerical records and prepare basic routine reports.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
- Ability to work effectively in the absence of supervision.

The job is working in person at DC Dental's Greenwood Rd office, located at 1133 Greenwood Road, Pikesville, MD 21208\.
However, during training, the work location will also be DC Dental's Warehouse, located at 2048 Lord Baltimore Drive, Windsor Mills, MD 21244\.
