Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Specialties \& Approach:

* Diverse Pediatric Caseload: We specialize in working with children with autism, Down syndrome, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, and motor coordination challenges.

* Parent \& Caregiver Education: We empower families through coaching and collaboration to support children’s progress beyond the clinic.

* Neuro‑affirming Practices: Our therapists use child\-led, affirming approaches that celebrate neurodiversity and support regulation, participation, and independence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, self\-care, emotional regulation, and play\-based development.
  • Develop engaging, functional treatment plans tailored to each child’s strengths and needs.
  • Partner with caregivers through education and home programming to support skill carryover.
  • Collaborate daily with speech\-language pathologists and other professionals to deliver truly integrative care.
  • Contribute to a warm, supportive team culture through idea\-sharing, co\-treatment opportunities, and professional development.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed (or license\-eligible) Occupational Therapist in the state of Nebraska
  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred (we welcome new grads and offer excellent mentorship)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A family\-first, neuro\-affirming, strengths\-based clinical approach
  • Desire to work as part of a tight\-knit team with shared values and goals
