The Role
In the role of an Executive Assistant at Musely, the individual plays a vital role in supporting the team. Their positive attitude drives them to approach responsibilities with enthusiasm and dedication, always prepared to assist in any capacity. Proficient in multitasking, organization, and communication, they offer valuable support to the team, contributing to the overall success of the organization. This position requires the candidate to go onsite bi\-monthly and as needed depending on the projects and the team’s onsite needs.

- Assist with Amazon Order Fulfillment, Musely Club merchandise fulfillment, Musely Swag distribution
- Assist with recruiting and hiring needs such as scheduling interviews, posting on hiring platforms, and preparing new\-hire equipments
- Assist in company event planning and off\-site meetings. Research event\-related options and assist with preparing budget proposals, communication pieces, and event logistics
- Collaborating with the administrative team to identify areas for improvement and proactively lead or assist with creating solutions and implementation
- Assist the executives and other department managers’ complex calendar and coordinate travel arrangements as needed. Last minute changes may occur so the ideal candidate need to be able to roll with the punches and be patient
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2 \+ years of experience in assisting Director level and higher roles and administrative field
- Strong communication, organization, writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people
- Trustworthy, reliable, and work well independently, and at times, under pressure
- Proficient in G Suite (ie. Sheets, Docs, Slides)

The Responsibilities

Job Type: Full\-time
The annual salary range for California is $55,000 \- $60,000 USD Annual.You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. Our benefits programs include: paid vacation and paid holidays, 401(k) plan with employer match, employee stock purchase plan, a variety of medical, dental and vision plan options, and more. Contract positions generally offer a based salary and do not include benefits and other company incentives unless prior agreement.
