Job Description:
The Student Services Technician is a key member of the Student Engagement and Recruitment Team and plays a vital role in supporting the college’s strategic enrollment goals. This position is responsible for high\-touch phone outreach (100\+ dials / up to 3\.00 of talk time daily), relationship\-building, and student engagement efforts designed to increase admissions, enrollment and ensure successful onboarding. The technician serves as a student\-centered resource by guiding individuals from initial inquiry through enrollment.
- Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.
- Local Only Candidates \- Resumes must specify the current location of the candidate, all those who do not state current location will not be considered. \- AS A REMINDER \- Candidates must be local at time of submission, and available for in person interviews within 1 week of the posting close date. Candidates must also be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made.

Training usually 4 weeks in\-office until staff member is able to perform essential duties with minimal supervision (usually 4 weeks) using their own computer at home. Hybrid: 80% on\-site, 20% remote after training.
Please note: Schedule: Mon \- Fri 8AM \- 5PM (1 hour lunch); occasional Saturdays and Holidays (40 hours a week and eligible for overtime based on business needs).
A computer will not be provided for at\-home use; however, the staff member can use their own computer as long as it supports our systems and meets work\-from\-home requirements/standards.
Must have:
One year of clerical, administrative, office support or related experience.
