- Plan the implementation of annual Law Clerk training including scheduling, stakeholder management, preparation of communications, and attendee coordination.
- Coordinate with live (virtual and in\-person) presenters and other stakeholders, ensuring training sessions are given access to technology and other teaching aids necessary to deliver session content.
- Act as lead virtual producer for Law Clerk training sessions ensuring presenters are supported with any tech related issues and monitor session to prepare recording for postproduction.
- Manage Continuing Legal Education Credits for all OD\&T programs which include managing records and distribution of certificates to program attendees.
- Track project milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of training\-related projects.
- Act as lead JLMS administrator for Law Clerk related training.
- Monitor Law Clerk email inbox and coordinate responses as necessary.
- Edit and produce high\-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro for training courses and internal communications.
- Produce live training programs for Law Clerk Training and other OD\&T training initiatives for reproduction as asynchronous learning programs hosted on our web based virtual platforms.
- Organize, edit, and manage the Human Resources library of Mental Health and Wellness videos and resources.
- Edit, optimize, and prepare videos, audio recordings, slide decks, and other media designated to become web\-based learning programs or other video content.
- Provide technical administration and support for the Judiciary’s Learning Management System (LMS), including troubleshooting user access issues, curriculum configuration, assignments and completions, reporting, and system functionality.
- Evaluate OD\&T SharePoint sites, to offer suggestions for improvement and suggestion for solutions including site structure, permissions, document libraries, and content updates to support training and organizational resources.
- Maintain and update digital learning content and technical documentation across internal systems and platforms.
- Assist with testing, deployment, and maintenance of updates or enhancements to training and collaboration systems.
- Provide physical and virtual technology support to trainers and other learning professionals.
- Design and coordinate content updates for Organizational Development and Training’s intranet presence.
- Assess adherence to accessibility compliance and Judiciary policies (e.g., Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)).
- Provide higher level technical support to Staff College planning and on\-site program, specifically collaborating with the venue Audio/Visual team to coordinate program timing, audio and video recording, presenter visuals, music, etc.
- OD\&T Representation on statewide and Central Office committees as assigned.
- Act as lead producer, moderator, or technical support coordinator in cooperation with OD\&T staff.

SALARY:The salary range for this position is $79,098\.16 to $123,272\.27 for Schedule A, and $79,098\.16 to $117,108\.66 for Schedule B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater.Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A. The New Jersey Judiciary seeks a dynamic Content Development and Technology Coordinator, who possesses a strong understanding in fields of digital content management, primarily working in video production, and digital asset management, primarily working in cloud\-based systems like Microsoft SharePoint and a web\-based Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will also possess strong project management skills, which will include scheduling, stakeholder management, attention to detail, capacity to solve problems autonomously, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position will work under the direction of the Court Executive 2A (Assistant Chief, Organizational Development and Training (OD\&T)).
As the Content Development and Technology Coordinator, you will serve as the project manager for annual training for judicial law clerks statewide. The responsibilities will span a dynamic blend of project management, digital content creation, technical administration, and event support. This individual will be planning and executing annual training programs, collaborating with presenters and stakeholders, communicating directly with participants, scheduling the agenda, overseeing logistics, and ensuring the seamless integration of technology for both virtual and in\-person sessions. You will also produce high\-quality videos and digital media based on the annual law clerk training and produce video and audio content for other OD\&T training courses. This individual will execute pre\- and post\-production efforts, edit multimedia resources, and maintain a comprehensive and accessible library of various digital assets. Beyond content development, this individual will evolve OD\&T’s use of SharePoint, both for internal digital asset storage and cloud\-based training sites to be used by learners. This individual will provide ongoing user and technical support during live trainings and in response to user issues with asynchronous learning programs.
This position will have both remote and on\-site reporting. Requires travel to various Judiciary locations within the state.
REMOTE WORK: The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.

NOTE: Experience using and proficiency with Adobe creative suite products, specifically Premier Pro, is required. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Captivate is preferred. Experience and proficiency in using SharePoint or other cloud\-based asset management systems is preferred. Basic understanding or experience with Learning Management Systems is preferred. Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), MSTeams/Zoom would be helpful.
Regular and predictable physical presence at the worksite is an essential function of this position.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and five years of professional experience, two of which shall be in program development, program coordination, program analysis, program administration and/or administrative research.
Experience in digital content (video and audio) creation, production, and editing is required.
Project management experience will be prioritized.
Substitution: Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience on a year\-for\-year basis with one year of such experience being equal to 30 semester hour credits. An associate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
A master’s degree from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one year of experience.
A law degree from an approved American Bar Association law school may be substituted for two years of experience.
Note: A master’s degree or a law degree from an accredited college or university, may be used as a substitution, not both.

Supplemental Information
Physical Ability: For some positions, applicants must have the ability to perform work which requires climbing and prolonged standing, stretching, bending and reaching to perform the essential duties of the position. For some positions, the selected candidate must be able to frequently lift and carry supplies weighing from 30 to 50 pounds and, occasionally, materials weighing up to 75 pounds, in order to perform essential duties of the position.
Driver's License: Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle is necessary to perform essential duties of the position.
