- Performs confidential and complex administrative and support services for the President of the University of Alabama Health Services Foundation. May be required to support more than one executive. Maintains a complex and fluid schedule with expectation of setting priorities and making critical decisions in partnership with the executive regarding calendar management. Develops executive indicated PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheets based upon executive and workflow and project needs.
- Serves as office manager. Collaborates with executives and/or other executive assistants to ensure coordination/communication of schedules, front desk coverage, etc.
- Provides project management in support of the executive/executive team: tracks key projects, sets agenda, creates action plan, etc.
- Performs special assignments such as researching information, compiling materials/reports for meetings, and coordinating special projects and/or events. Drafts professional written communications on behalf of the executive/executive team.
- Manages financial/budgetary processes including, but not limited to, payment requests, office budget, and supply ordering. Monitors personnel processes. Develops and manages all executive financial controls: pcard, Oracle, Lawson, etc.
- Serves as liaison to the UAB Health System executive office: coordinating, building rapport, triaging external and internal communication.
- Provides leadership in coordinating key leadership meetings. Coordinates agenda, schedules content/key presenters, develops PowerPoint presentation, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay range: $57,940 \- $94,150 / year

Job Description
Under minimal supervision, provides diverse, complex and often confidential administrative and support services to the President of the University of Alabama Health Services Foundation (UAHSF), who holds a dual leadership role as Chief Physician Executive for UAB Health System. Work requires independent judgment and initiative on assignments that are sensitive in nature and demonstrated ability to deal with high level contacts inside and outside the institution. Performs special assignments such as researching information, compiling reports and special projects and events as directed. Requires knowledge of organization policy and procedure and high level of technical skill. Serves as office manager. Monitors financial, budgetary and personnel processes. Responsible responsible for event planning.

Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3\) years of related experience required. Or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
