Job Title: Sales Accounts Associate (Contractor)

Company: Talent Frontiers (TF)

Compensation: $25\.00/hour base contractor pay, up to 15 hours per week, plus 5%–10% commission on all local placements

Status: Independent Contractor

Reports To: Sales/Business Development Leadership

Position Summary

Talent Frontiers is seeking a professional, front\-facing Sales Accounts Associate (SAA) to meet with prospective clients who come through company leads, referrals, and existing Talent Frontiers relationships. This role will serve as one of the primary relationship\-building representatives of TF during the early client\-facing stage, especially for local placements and virtual assistant (VA) placement opportunities.

The SAA will focus on conducting introductory and discovery meetings with qualified leads after internal team members have handled lead intake, general administration, and first\-stage coordination. The role is responsible for understanding client workforce needs, presenting Talent Frontiers services clearly, moving opportunities forward, and helping convert leads into active accounts. The SAA will also support sales of additional TF services and solutions where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective clients generated through TF lead channels, referrals, and business relationships.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings for both
  • local staffing placements and virtual assistant placements.

  • Understand client hiring needs, staffing pain points, timelines, and budget considerations.
  • Present Talent Frontiers’ service offerings in a clear, professional, and solution\-oriented manner.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions, including local placements, VA placements, and other staffing or support services offered by TF.
  • Build trust and maintain strong early\-stage client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal TF team members who manage lead systems, scheduling, screening flow, and administrative support prior to the first meeting.
  • Maintain organized records of meetings, pipeline updates, follow\-ups, and client status.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing discussions, and placement recommendations as directed.
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads and prospective accounts to improve conversion.
  • Represent Talent Frontiers professionally in meetings, networking settings, and other client\-facing opportunities.
  • Support account growth by identifying cross\-sell opportunities for related TF services.
  • Work toward placement and revenue goals tied to assigned leads and business development efforts.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Minimum
  • 3 years of experience in staffing sales, recruiting sales, account management, business development, workforce solutions, or a related client\-facing sales role.

  • Strong ability to lead professional sales conversations and discovery meetings with prospective clients.
  • Experience selling staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, placement, or business support services preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and present confidently to business owners, managers, and decision\-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage follow\-up across multiple leads and accounts.
  • Comfort working in a fast\-paced, entrepreneurial, and performance\-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with email, virtual meeting platforms, CRM or lead tracking systems, and standard business software.
  • Professional judgment, responsiveness, and ability to represent the company well in front of clients.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with both
  • local staffing placements and remote/virtual assistant solutions.

  • Existing relationships in the local business community or relevant industry networks.
  • Experience in healthcare, professional services, small business services, or administrative staffing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with contract staffing, direct hire, and outsourced workforce models.
  • Compensation Structure

    * Base Pay: $25\.00/hour

    * Hours: Up to 15 hours per week

    * Status: Independent Contractor

    * Commission: 5%–10% commission on all local placements, based on placement type, value, or internal commission structure

  • Additional incentive opportunities may be offered based on performance and sales growth

Pay: $25\.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Roseville, MN 55113
